This cottage is located on the great lake  Nominingue, thirty miles from the Mount Tremblant. It's a very nice place for private parties.

It accomodates 8 guests comfortably. Larger groups up to 14 can be accepted but under specific conditions.

Fully furnished with all amenities, appliances and home conveniences. Most furniture is antique.

Two levels and spacious layout with large terrace and balcony...Interior pool and fitness room.

House representative to welcome you at your arrival ant to assure comfort during your stay. Pool and garden maintenance. Daily maid if requested.

5 minutes driving away from golf, 20 mn La Macaza airport and 40 minutes from Mount Tremblant. A few minutes from   local restaurants and shops.

Easy access by road or by seaplane. There is a berth for seaplanes.

COTTAGE DESCRIPTION:

Built in 2003. The total area is around 4000 sqft. It associates canadian and french  styles to create a cosy atmosphere.

Two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with mezzanine, 1 double bed and two single beds. Each bedroom  has its own private bathroom.

Satellite TV, VCR and Internet access.

The villa is equipped with all amenities of home: oven, microwave, fridges, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning in all the rooms.

POOL AND REST AREAS:

The pool (3x5m) is located in a separate room with warm and exotic atmosphere.  Easy access by buil-in steps..

One large south orientde terrace near the living room and a very sunny balcony at the second floor.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:

In summer: bathing, sailing, angling,golf, horse riding, cycling...

In winter: skiing, skidoo, snowshoeing...

The cottage is located a few yards from the natural park Le Renouveau.Sleigh or sledge trips can be easily organized.

There are also a lot of picturesque sites  and activities in the Hautes-Laurentides area in every season. Winter is wonderful, spring and summer are sunny and warm. Fall is marvellous.
